CARE Ratings has reaffirmed the credit ratings on Pennar Industries' bank facilities after reviewing its FY25 audited and 9MFY26 unaudited performance. The long-term bank facilities have been rated CARE A with a Stable outlook, with the limit enhanced from ₹712.46 crore to ₹754.46 crore. The short-term bank facilities of ₹1,012.50 crore have been rated CARE A1, also reaffirmed. CARE A indicates adequate safety and low credit risk for long-term debt, while CARE A1 signals very strong capacity to meet short-term obligations. Total rated facilities now stand at ₹1,766.96 crore spread across multiple lenders including SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and others.
The reaffirmed investment-grade ratings reflect steady financial health and continued lender confidence, while the enhanced long-term credit limit (up by ₹42 crore) indicates improved access to funding, which is mildly positive for shareholders and the stock.
