Pennar Industries' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) on August 13, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 15.30% year-on-year to INR 845.67 crore, while EBITDA rose 19.12% to INR 94.12 crore with margin improving 36 basis points to 11.13%. Profit after tax (PAT) increased 21.04% YoY to INR 31.96 crore, with PAT margin at 3.78%. The company also received fresh orders worth INR 809 crore across verticals like PEB, tubes, steel, railways, and boilers. The 49th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2025, and Mr. Subhash Kishan Kandrapu has been recommended as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term (2025-26 to 2029-30). Statutory auditors MSKA & Associates issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
The results show healthy growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT, along with margin expansion and a strong order book, which is likely to be viewed positively by investors. The clean auditor review and routine governance approvals add no negative concerns for shareholders.
