Penny stock under ₹10 rallies for second straight session, jumps another 8%; here's why

Shares of penny stock Golden Legand Leasing and Finance Ltd surged 8.3 percent to around Rs 9.46 in Tuesday's trade, extending gains for a second session after the company announced incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Gullakkart Private Limited to strengthen its digital financial services and lending business. The subsidiary plans to apply for a Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) licence from the RBI. The company also reported a strong FY26 turnaround, with revenue from operations rising to Rs 18.36 crore from Rs 93.44 lakh and a profit after tax of Rs 10.30 crore against a net loss of Rs 2.20 crore in FY25.
