Enclosed Intimation under Reg. 31A(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Permanent Magnets Ltd informed BSE that Mr. Sharad Taparia, Managing Director and Promoter, gifted 600 equity shares of the company to Mrs. Shreya Rishi Taparia on 20th February 2026 via a Gift Deed. Mrs. Shreya Rishi Taparia is the immediate relative of Mr. Rishi Taparia, a member of the Promoter Group. Under SEBI Regulation 31A(6), any person receiving shares by way of gift from a Promoter must be classified under the Promoter & Promoter Group category. Accordingly, Mrs. Shreya Rishi Taparia will now be reflected under the Promoter Group in the company's shareholding pattern. The transaction is an internal transfer within the promoter family and does not involve any market purchase or sale.
