The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Sunilkumar Taparia & Others

Sunilkumar Taparia and PAC Sunita Sunil Taparia disclosed an inter-se transfer of 73,153 equity shares (0.85% of Permanent Magnets Ltd) to other promoter group members. The transfer was executed as an off-market gift on 20 June 2025. Sunilkumar Taparia's holding reduced from 0.74% (63,340 shares) to 0.13% (11,340 shares), while Sunita Sunil Taparia's holding went from 0.29% (25,290 shares) to 0.05% (4,137 shares). Their combined post-transfer holding stands at 15,477 shares (0.18%). Since this is an internal gift among promoters and promoter group members, the total promoter shareholding of the company remains unchanged. The equity share capital remains Rs. 8.59 crore consisting of 85,98,453 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
