Persistent Systems Limited has informed the Exchange about Acquisition

Persistent Systems Limited, through its step-down subsidiary PerSys Estonia OÜ, has entered into a Business Purchase Agreement to acquire part of the business from M/s. Concise Systems OÜ, Estonia. The acquired business includes purchased assets, assumed liabilities, and select employees/contractors. The total purchase consideration is EUR 5.6 million (including EUR 1.5 million deferred payment over 2 years), while the annual revenue from this business is estimated at EUR 11.6 million. The acquisition aims to consolidate relationship with a strategic customer, expand nearshore delivery presence in Eastern Europe, and de-risk long-term delivery. The deal is expected to close within 4-8 weeks subject to customary closing conditions.
