Persistent Systems Limited, through its step-down subsidiary PerSys Estonia OÜ, has entered into a Business Purchase Agreement to acquire part of the business from Concise Systems OÜ based in Estonia. The acquisition includes purchased assets, assumed liabilities, and select employees and contractors. The business being acquired generates annual revenue of EUR 11.6 million. The total purchase consideration is EUR 5.6 million in cash, which includes a deferred payment of EUR 1.5 million over 2 years. The transaction is expected to close within 4-8 weeks subject to customary closing conditions. This is not a related party transaction.
