Pervasive Commodities Ltd reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 4,306.07 Lakhs in FY26 from Rs. 3,027.60 Lakhs in FY25. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs. 4.31 Lakhs for FY26, despite Q4 reporting a profit of Rs. 1,472.26 Lakhs due to perishable stock destruction write-off. Total assets nearly doubled to Rs. 10,542.21 Lakhs, largely due to gold bar additions to inventory (Rs. 4,289.96 Lakhs). The board also appointed M/s. Sarang Shivajirao Chavan and Associates as internal auditor for FY26-27. Auditors flagged concerns: no insurance on perishable stock (already destroyed) or gold inventory, irregular statutory dues payments, and Rs. 2,459.45 Lakhs in loans without external balance confirmations. Share capital increased to Rs. 9,009.52 Lakhs following warrant conversions.
Despite higher revenue, the company remains in loss territory with significant auditor concerns around unconfirmed loans and uninsured inventory. The Rs. 4,289.96 Lakh gold inventory is material but carries insurance risk. Shareholders should monitor loan recoverability and compliance improvements.
