Bharatiya Global Infomedia Limited (BGIL) filed its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Total income from operations was almost nil at Rs. 0.00 lakh, compared to Rs. 2.00 lakh in the same quarter last year. The company recorded a pre-tax loss of Rs. 59.46 lakh (against a loss of Rs. 53.41 lakh a year ago), but swung to an after-tax profit of Rs. 45.50 lakh thanks to a tax adjustment/credit of about Rs. 105 lakh. Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 0.30 each. The balance sheet continues to show zero reserves, pointing to a very weak financial position.
With near-zero revenue, recurring pre-tax losses, and wiped-out reserves, BGIL appears to have minimal business activity and weak financial health. The headline profit is driven by tax accounting rather than operations, which is a red flag for retail investors.
