PGInvIT sets Jul 31, 2026 record date for Q1 FY27 distribution

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has informed exchanges that a board meeting of its Investment Manager, POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, is scheduled on July 28, 2026. The board will consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY2026-27 and declaration of distribution to unitholders. The record date for the proposed distribution is July 31, 2026. Trading window for designated persons remains closed until July 30, 2026.
