PGInvIT unitholding pattern for Q1 FY 2026-27 filed with exchanges

PGInvIT filed its unitholding pattern for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The sponsor group (bodies corporates) holds 15 percent (about 13.65 crore units). Public holds the remaining 85 percent, led by individuals at 48.22 percent, bodies corporates at 9.98 percent, provident and pension funds at 7.21 percent, mutual funds at 6.72 percent, FPIs at 5.13 percent, and insurance companies at 4.18 percent. Total outstanding units stand at around 91 crore.
