Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals' board approved several changes via circular resolution on November 28, 2025. Dr. Yogananda Moolemath, a European Registered Toxicologist with over 30 years of pharmaceutical R&D experience, was appointed as Independent Director for a 5-year term starting January 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Promoter Dr. S N Vinaya Babu has stepped down as Chairman and will serve as Vice Chairman, while existing Independent Director Mr. P N Vijay takes over as Chairman from December 5, 2025 until October 30, 2027. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Methuku Nagesh as its new Chairman. A postal ballot will also seek shareholder approval for paying remuneration to Non-Executive Directors.
