PI Industries reported FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs 61,827 Mn and net profit of Rs 14,348 Mn, down from FY2025's Rs 75,712 Mn and Rs 18,665 Mn. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share (total FY dividend Rs 15 including Rs 5 interim paid), subject to shareholder approval at AGM. Key director changes: Mr Rajnish Sarna resigned as Joint Managing Director but continues as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from May 19, 2026; Mr Arvind Singhal will retire at the ensuing AGM and not seek re-appointment. Ms Lisa J Brown was designated Lead Independent Director. Dr Atul Kumar Gupta was appointed as Additional Director (Executive Category) and Whole-time Director for 3 years. Re-appointments of independent directors Shobinder Duggal and Pia Singh for second terms were approved. Dr Marco Busch (Global Chief Scientific Officer, PI AgSciences) was designated Senior Management Personnel. An exceptional item of Rs 1,100 Mn was recognised as impairment provision for subsidiary PI Health Sciences Ltd.
