Piccadily Agro Industries reported exceptional FY26 results, crossing the Rs 1,100 crore revenue milestone for the first time with total revenue of Rs 1,143 crore, up 28% from Rs 893 crore in FY25. The alco-bev division was the primary growth driver, posting INR 908 crore in revenue (up 42.1% YoY). Profit Before Tax grew 33% to INR 192 crore, with EBITDA at INR 243.24 crore and EPS at INR 14.42. In Q4 alone, revenue surged 67% to INR 250 crore and PBT jumped 79% to INR 63 crore. The company also announced that its sugar division will be demerged via a scheme filed with SEBI, targeting completion by end of FY27, which will make Piccadily Agro a pure-play alco-beverage company. Additionally, the Chhattisgarh facility is expected to begin monetization from May 2026.
The company delivered strong double-digit growth across both topline and bottom line, driven by premium spirits brands like Indri Single Malt and Camikara Rum. The planned demerger of the sugar business and the upcoming Chhattisgarh monetization are expected to unlock additional shareholder value as the company focuses purely on the faster-growing premium alco-bev segment.
