Pidilite Industries shared its Q4 and FY25 earnings presentation. Standalone net sales for Q4 grew 10.2% year-on-year to Rs 2,839 Cr, driven by 8% volume growth in Consumer & Bazaar and a strong 16.4% in the B2B segment. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter jumped 40.5% to Rs 428 Cr, while full-year FY25 consolidated PAT grew 20% to Rs 2,096 Cr on revenue of Rs 13,094 Cr. Gross margins expanded 154 basis points year-on-year in Q4, and full-year EBITDA margin improved to 23.6% from 22.9%, helped by lower input costs. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs 20 per share. Management said it is cautiously optimistic, pointing to improving demand in construction, expectations of a good monsoon, and higher government spending, while remaining watchful of global economic risks.
Strong profit growth, expanding margins, and a positive demand outlook are likely to be viewed favorably by investors and could support the stock. The double-digit growth in the B2B segment and improved full-year margins point to healthy underlying business momentum.
