Pilani Investment has published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue declined to Rs 4,337.24 lakhs in Q4 and Rs 28,810.10 lakhs for FY26, compared to Rs 31,826.80 lakhs in FY25. Net profit after tax fell significantly from Rs 16,940.61 lakhs (FY25) to Rs 7,185.76 lakhs (FY26), a drop of about 58%. Consolidated results show similar decline with net profit after tax at Rs 6,537.04 lakhs versus Rs 15,187.70 lakhs in the previous year. Total comprehensive income turned negative at Rs (2,540.98) lakhs. EPS for FY26 stands at Rs 64.90 per share (basic). The board approved these results at its meeting on May 28, 2026.
The company has reported substantial year-on-year decline in both revenue and profitability. While it remains profitable on a standalone basis, the significant drop in net profit and negative comprehensive income may concern investors and could put downward pressure on the stock price.
