Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, as required under SEBI LODR regulations. The Board approved the results on 8 August 2025, and they were published on 10 August 2025 in Financial Express (English) and Aajkal (Bengali). Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 4,954.99 lakhs (from Rs 6,162.60 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while standalone net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs 432.28 lakhs (from Rs 2,984.93 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, the company reported a loss per share of Rs 3.63, compared to earnings of Rs 29.36 per share in the same quarter last year. Other equity stood at around Rs 1,506 crores (standalone) and Rs 1,597 crores (consolidated) as on 30 June 2025.
Shareholders should note a steep year-on-year decline in both standalone and consolidated earnings for Q1 FY26, with consolidated results turning into a per-share loss. The weak operating performance may weigh on short-term sentiment, though the company retains a strong equity base of over Rs 1,500 crores.
