Pilani Investment reported audited standalone net profit of Rs 7,185.76 lakhs for FY 2025-26, down 58% from Rs 16,940.61 lakhs in the previous year. Consolidated net profit after associate share was Rs 3,105.55 lakhs, down 68% from Rs 9,848.28 lakhs. Total standalone income declined to Rs 29,348.59 lakhs from Rs 32,320.04 lakhs. Finance costs nearly doubled to Rs 16,462.15 lakhs, significantly impacting profitability. The company issued Rs 500 crore of 8.11% NCDs maturing April 2029. Arun Laddha was appointed as Additional Independent Director for 5 years. Dividend decision has been deferred to 4th June 2026.
Profitability has declined significantly year-on-year due to higher finance costs and a loss of Rs 3,431.49 lakhs from associate Aditya Birla Real Estate. However, the company maintains strong credit ratings (CARE AA+/ CRISIL AA+) and has a healthy debt-equity ratio of 0.16. Investors should await the dividend announcement on 4th June 2026.
