Pioneer Embroideries reported FY2026 standalone net profit of Rs 65.54 lakh, down 85.6% from Rs 456.39 lakh in FY2025, despite total income declining 10.1% to Rs 3,427.74 crore. Q4 FY26 showed strong recovery with standalone net profit of Rs 416.34 lakh. Exceptional items included Rs 649.41 lakh profit from sale of land and building at Naroli (non-core asset after moving to Degaon facility), partially offset by Rs 207.61 lakh lender liability. Other income included Rs 454.43 lakh electricity duty rebate from HPERC. The company received Maharashtra government capital subsidy of Rs 1,779.16 lakh under State Textile Policy 2018-23. The 34th AGM is scheduled for August 20, 2026. Corporate office will shift from Goregaon to Andheri (West) from June 1, 2026. Statutory auditors gave unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Revenue and profit declined significantly year-on-year, but Q4 showed strong turnaround. One-time gains from asset sale and government rebate helped the annual result. Shareholders should note the AGM date and office relocation. The decline in profitability may negatively impact stock sentiment in the near term.
