Pioneer Investcorp reported standalone total income of ~Rs 32.85 crore for H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025), up roughly 28% from ~Rs 25.67 crore in H1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose about 30% YoY to ~Rs 5.14 crore in H1 FY26 from ~Rs 3.94 crore in H1 FY25. On a consolidated basis, PAT grew around 31% YoY to ~Rs 8.41 crore, driven by strong contributions from subsidiaries in financing, broking and wealth management. Standalone basic EPS for H1 FY26 stood at Rs 3.98 and consolidated EPS at Rs 6.52, up from Rs 3.05 and Rs 4.99 respectively in H1 FY25. Borrowings fell sharply on a standalone basis from Rs 98.99 crore (March 2025) to Rs 43.51 crore (Sept 2025), and operating cash flow was healthy at Rs 82.45 crore standalone and Rs 109.26 crore consolidated. Statutory auditor Jayesh Dadia & Associates LLP issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
