Piramal Enterprises informed exchanges about upcoming investor meetings: Ashwamedh – Elara India Dialogue 2025 on 2nd September in Mumbai and the Motilal Oswal 21st Annual Global Investor Conference. The enclosed August 2025 investor presentation reveals Q1 FY26 consolidated AUM of ₹85,756 Cr, up 22% year-on-year, with retail contributing 80% at ₹69,005 Cr (up 37% YoY). Consolidated PAT rose 52% YoY to ₹276 Cr, while growth business PBT climbed 44% YoY to ₹295 Cr. Asset quality remained stable with GNPA at 2.8% and retail 90+ DPD at 0.8%. The company highlighted that the PEL-PFL merger is in its last quarter and expected to complete by September 2025, which will reverse about 245bps of the current 19.3% capital adequacy reduction.
The investor presentation showcases strong retail-led growth, improving profitability, and stable asset quality, which is generally positive for investor sentiment. Upcoming meetings with institutional investors at Elara and Motilal Oswal conferences may boost stock visibility, while the impending PEL-PFL merger could simplify the group structure and unlock shareholder value.
