Piramal Enterprises has informed exchanges that management will meet investors on 2nd September 2025 at two conferences in Mumbai — Ashwamedh–Elara India Dialogue 2025 and Motilal Oswal's 21st Annual Global Investor Conference. Along with the intimation, the company filed its Q1 FY26 investor presentation. Key highlights from the presentation: consolidated AUM grew 22% YoY to ₹85,756 Cr, with retail now contributing 80% (₹69,005 Cr, up 37% YoY) and Wholesale 2.0 at ₹10,425 Cr (up 47% YoY). Consolidated PAT rose 52% YoY to ₹276 Cr, driven by growth business PBT of ₹295 Cr (up 44% YoY). Legacy AUM has shrunk 85% since March 2022 to ₹6,327 Cr. The presentation confirms the PEL–PFL merger is expected to complete by September 2025 (last quarter before merger), which would reverse ~245bps of the recent dip in capital adequacy (currently 19.3%). Asset quality remained stable with GNPA at 2.8% and NNPA at 2.0%.
The investor meetings and detailed presentation give institutional investors and analysts a deeper look at the upcoming PEL–PFL merger and the company's strong Q1 FY26 retail growth momentum. The merger completion, which simplifies the holding structure, is a near-term catalyst that could lift capital adequacy and improve trading liquidity for shareholders.
