Pitti Engineering Limited announced its Q1 FY26 results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, reporting revenue of Rs. 457 crore (up 17% year-on-year), EBITDA of Rs. 75 crore (up 30% YoY), and profit after tax of Rs. 23 crore (up 17% YoY). Sales volumes grew strongly across product categories — stator frames-core drop rose 28%, shafts and machined components grew 19.8%, and laminations increased 15.8%. Capacity utilisation stood at 82% for machined hours, 70% for sheet metals, and 69% for castings. The company secured a second alternator platform for data centres, with peak revenue potential of over Rs. 20 crore, and approved a Rs. 150 crore capex to expand sheet metals, machined hours, and casting capacities over the next 18 months, funded through internal accruals and debt. Exports contributed 31% of Q1 revenues.
Strong double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT, combined with a meaningful capacity expansion plan and a new data-centre order win, signals confidence in future demand and is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Improved operating leverage (EBITDA growth outpacing revenue) may support margin expansion expectations.
