Pitti Engineering Limited has notified the exchanges that its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 2:30 PM via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 20 to September 26, 2025, for the purpose of final dividend payment and the AGM. The cut-off date for determining eligible members is September 19, 2025. The final dividend, if approved by members, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM to shareholders on record as of that date.
