Pitti Engineering Limited has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 26th September 2025 at 2:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means. The Register of Members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, 20th September 2025 to Friday, 26th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and the AGM. The final dividend, if approved by members, will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM to members whose names appear on the register as of Friday, 19th September 2025. The company will provide an e-voting facility through NSDL, with the cut-off date set for 19th September 2025; remote e-voting will commence on 23rd September 2025 at 9:00 AM and close on 25th September 2025 at 5:00 PM.
