The Board of Indiabulls Enterprises Limited approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total income for FY25 stood at Rs. 58.67 crores (vs Rs. 58.76 crores in FY24), while the company reported a sharp net loss of Rs. 436.92 crores for the year, driven largely by a Rs. 300.31 crores loss from discontinued operations. For Q4 FY25 alone, the consolidated net loss was Rs. 119.45 crores. On a standalone basis, FY25 net loss widened to Rs. 90.14 crores (vs Rs. 33.08 crores loss in FY24), again hit by discontinued operations losses of Rs. 78.18 crores. The company also updated that shareholders and unsecured creditors approved the composite Scheme of Arrangement involving amalgamation of Indiabulls Enterprises with Dhani Services into Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited, and the Second Motion Petition was filed with NCLT Chandigarh on April 7, 2025. Statutory auditors Agarwal Prakash & Co. issued unqualified audit opinions on both sets of results.
Shareholders should note the steep jump in annual losses, primarily from discontinued operations (the LED Lighting business exited earlier). The proposed merger with Dhani Services into Yaari Digital is progressing through NCLT and could reshape the company's future structure, though the results themselves are weak and may weigh on the stock.
