FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) has published its audited Q4 and FY25 results in Financial Express, Free Press Journal, and Navshakti on June 1, 2025, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. On a consolidated basis, full-year FY25 total income grew to ₹7,977.08 crore from ₹6,415.56 crore in FY24, a jump of about 24%. Profit after tax for the year rose to ₹73.70 crore from ₹43.71 crore, while profit for the period nearly doubled to ₹72.07 crore. For Q4 FY25 alone, consolidated total income came in at ₹2,070.71 crore versus ₹1,675.04 crore in Q4 FY24, with profit after tax improving to ₹19.05 crore from ₹9.74 crore. Standalone FY25 profit after tax, however, declined to ₹97.36 crore from ₹121.02 crore in the previous year.
The strong double-digit revenue growth and near-doubling of FY25 consolidated profit suggest improving operating momentum for Nykaa, which is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The dip in standalone profit, though, indicates that the group-level gains are being driven by subsidiaries rather than the parent entity, which investors may note.
