AVI Polymers announced a full board overhaul on April 18, 2025, following a change in ownership triggered by a Share Purchase Agreement signed on March 6, 2025. The entire outgoing board stepped down, including Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Mansukh Patel, Executive Director and Company Secretary Ms. Monika Shah, and all three Independent Directors (Mr. Jayesh Dave, Mr. Arpit Shah, Mr. Ravi Solanki). The new management appointed Mr. Chintan Yashwantbhai Patel (formerly with TATA Group and Diamond Power) as the new Managing Director and KMP, Mr. Pankaj Thakkar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Ms. Sapna and Mr. Ram Kumar Singh as Independent Directors for 5-year terms. The company confirmed the reconstituted board complies with Companies Act and SEBI listing requirements, and stated none of the new directors are debarred or related to outgoing directors.
