JMG Corporation reported a loss of Rs. 37.84 lakh for Q2 FY26, slightly wider than the Rs. 36.05 lakh loss in Q1 FY26 but significantly larger than the Rs. 14 lakh loss in Q2 FY25. Total income for the quarter rose to Rs. 11.54 lakh from Rs. 7.27 lakh a year ago, while expenses climbed to Rs. 49.37 lakh from Rs. 21.27 lakh. For the half year, losses stood at Rs. 73.88 lakh versus Rs. 32.66 lakh last year. Operating cash flow was deeply negative at Rs. (60.16) lakh for the period, and cash balance fell from Rs. 48.49 lakh to Rs. 12.80 lakh. Despite the losses, the auditor (BSD & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report.
Shareholders should note continued losses, widening year-on-year, and a sharply negative operating cash flow that has eaten into the company's cash reserves. This is a small, thinly-traded company with deteriorating fundamentals, posing meaningful going-concern risk for retail investors.
