Olympic Management & Financial Services, a small non-banking financial company, reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and nine-month results. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹4.69 lakhs in Q3, up sharply from ₹1.13 lakhs a year ago, taking nine-month revenue to ₹8.35 lakhs versus ₹4.26 lakhs in the prior year period. The company swung to a profit of ₹1.48 lakhs in Q3, compared with losses of ₹2.96 lakhs in Q2 and ₹3.76 lakhs in Q3 last year. However, the nine-month figure still shows a loss of ₹5.56 lakhs, though much narrower than the ₹37.16 lakhs loss in the same period last year, helped by nil exceptional items this year (versus ₹6.57 lakhs earlier). The auditor (R.K. Khandelwal & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report, confirming nothing came to their attention suggesting material misstatement.
Positive momentum as the company returned to quarterly profit and sharply narrowed its nine-month loss, but shareholders should note the company remains loss-making on a year-to-date basis with negative other equity of ₹174 lakhs as of March 2025, indicating accumulated losses. With revenues still in single-digit lakhs and no finance cost activity, the stock remains a micro-cap, thinly-traded name where quarterly swings may not translate to meaningful value creation until profitability becomes consistent.
