SJ Corporation Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year ended March 31, 2026 in The Free Press Journal and Navshakti. On a standalone basis, FY26 revenue rose to Rs 2,193.30 lakhs from Rs 1,543.24 lakhs in FY25 (~42% growth), and the company swung to a net profit of Rs 71.21 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 20.18 lakhs last year. Q4 FY26 standalone net profit stood at Rs 34.11 lakhs (vs Rs 11.22 lakhs), with EPS of Rs 0.34. Paid-up share capital jumped from Rs 83.55 lakhs to Rs 433.55 lakhs, suggesting a bonus or equity issuance during the year. This is the first quarter with consolidated results after acquiring a majority stake in Fishfa Rubbers Ltd, which became a subsidiary; consolidated FY26 revenue was Rs 2,553.75 lakhs but reported a net loss of Rs 23.89 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion.
For shareholders, the standalone turnaround from loss to profit and strong revenue growth are positive signals, though the new subsidiary dragged consolidated earnings into a loss and the sharp rise in share capital may dilute per-share value. Investors should watch how the Fishfa Rubbers subsidiary contributes in coming quarters and whether consolidated profitability is achieved.
