B. P. Capital Ltd held its separate meeting of Independent Directors on 24th March 2026 at the registered office in Sohna, Haryana, from 10:00 AM to 12:50 PM. The meeting was held as required under SEBI's LODR Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013. All Independent Directors attended and reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole. They also assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of information shared between the company's management and the Board.
