Aris International Ltd reported a sharp decline in its FY25 results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 19.37 lakhs from Rs 31.98 lakhs in FY24, a drop of about 39%. Total income dropped to Rs 26.35 lakhs from Rs 56.36 lakhs. Profit after tax fell to Rs 4.40 lakhs from Rs 12.77 lakhs, with EPS dropping to Rs 0.29 from Rs 0.85. The company's cash flow from operations turned sharply negative at Rs (59.50) lakhs compared to a positive Rs 16.15 lakhs last year, indicating the business used cash rather than generating it. The auditor (M. Gattani & Co.) gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Negative for shareholders — shrinking top line, much weaker profits, and negative operating cashflow suggest the business is contracting and burning through working capital. The stock may face pressure given the deteriorating fundamentals, though the company remains debt-light with total equity of Rs 62.85 lakhs.
