RRP Defense Ltd has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with CYGR, a Franco-American drone technology company, to manufacture CYGR's proprietary Drone Command Modules and mission management units at RRP Defense's Indian facility. The estimated contract value is USD 20-30 million (roughly ₹165-250 crore), covering production of approximately 800-1000 units of command and control equipment. The output will be exported to CYGR's existing global clients. Importantly, the LOI is a statement of intent and not a binding agreement — a definitive contract with detailed terms is still to be negotiated. The company is also incorporating a new entity called 'Vimanu Limited' as part of this strategic push.
