RRP Defense Ltd has signed a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with Taharbadkar Solutions Private Limited to collaborate on developing components for the DART (Driven Ammunition Reduced Time Flights System) under the AIDITI 2 programme of IDEX, aimed at Indian Navy applications. The collaboration also covers a Vehicle Mounted Swarm Drone System Project. The company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for a project valued at approximately ₹20 crore, to be executed in three phases by October 2027. Against this LoI, Taharbadkar has already placed a purchase order worth ₹6.25 crore with RRP Defense. The agreement is not a related party transaction and has no impact on management or control of the company.
This is an early-stage collaboration that could translate into meaningful defence-related revenue for RRP Defense over the next two years, with an initial confirmed order of ₹6.25 crore and potential to scale up to ₹20 crore. The linkage to Indian Navy / Ministry of Defence programmes adds strategic relevance, though investors should note this is still an NDA-stage agreement with phased execution and no direct government order yet.
