RRP Defense Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CYGR, a Franco-American drone technology company, to form a joint venture for manufacturing advanced drone systems in India. Under the JV, RRP Defense will hold 90% and CYGR will hold 10%, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and a dedicated R&D centre to be set up in Navi Mumbai.
