ATN International Limited's Board approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26) on August 12, 2025. Revenue from Operations fell sharply to Rs. 5.09 lacs from Rs. 11.84 lacs in the year-ago quarter, a steep decline of around 57%. The company posted a Net Loss of Rs. 11.62 lacs versus a loss of Rs. 4.61 lacs in Q1 FY25, with the loss more than doubling. The balance sheet shows deeply negative Other Equity of Rs. (2,336.60) lacs, indicating substantial accumulated losses over the years. The results received an unmodified Limited Review report from statutory auditor Deoki Bijay & Co. The Board also appointed M/s. Barkha & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26 and Ankita Goenka & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, and approved the AGM notice, Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for FY25.
The widening quarterly losses, sharp revenue decline, and severely eroded shareholder equity (negative reserves of over Rs. 23 crore) point to serious financial distress, which is likely to weigh negatively on investor sentiment and the stock price. Retail investors should treat this as a high-risk situation with no clear visibility on a turnaround.
