Shantai Industries Ltd has informed the stock exchange that the E-Voting Event Number (EVEN) for its 40th Annual General Meeting has been revised. The change was made because the original EVEN had a technical error, as communicated by the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent (MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited). The new EVEN is 136406, and this update also applies to the e-voting details mentioned on page 26 of the Annual Report for FY2024-25.
