The board of GCCL Construction & Realities Ltd met on March 31, 2026 and approved the appointment of M/s. Khush Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 161979W) as the internal auditors of the company for financial year 2025-26. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee to comply with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The meeting ran from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and was signed off by Whole Time Director Devang K. Jhaveri.
