ARSS Infrastructure Projects has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 in Business Standard and Nitidin, as required by SEBI listing rules. Total revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 1,141 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus Rs. 3,366.46 lakhs in Q2 FY25, and H1 FY26 revenue dropped to Rs. 3,009.19 lakhs from Rs. 12,043.99 lakhs in H1 FY25 — roughly a 75% year-on-year decline. On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs. 417.55 lakhs in Q2 FY26 and a much larger H1 FY26 net loss of Rs. 11,938.43 lakhs, compared to a small profit of Rs. 137.29 lakhs in H1 FY25. Consolidated numbers show similar direction with substantial losses, and EPS turned negative at Rs. (1.48) for the quarter (standalone). The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board on November 10, 2025.
Sharply falling revenue and a swing to significant losses point to ongoing stress in the business, which is negative for shareholders. The narrowing loss in Q2 versus Q1 suggests some improvement, but the year-on-year deterioration in topline and profitability is likely to weigh on the stock.
