Mr. Piyush Khandelwal has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Allcargo Gati Limited, effective from the close of business hours on May 26, 2025. He has also stepped down as Company Secretary of the material subsidiary Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited (GESCPL). Mr. Khandelwal cited 'better prospects' as the reason for resignation, having initially communicated his intent on April 5, 2025.
