Olympic Management & Financial Services Ltd reported a loss before tax of approximately Rs 33.40 Lacs for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 2025), compared to a loss of Rs 3.18 Lacs in the same quarter last year, a significant deterioration. Revenue from operations stood at about Rs 1.06 Lacs in Q2 FY26, down sharply from Rs 1.95 Lacs in Q2 FY25 (roughly 46% YoY decline). Total income for the quarter was just Rs 5.03 Lacs against total expenses of around Rs 38.47 Lacs, showing the core business is not covering its costs. The balance sheet shows other equity in deeply negative territory at Rs (174.06) Lacs, meaning accumulated losses have wiped out reserves. The auditor (R.K. Khandelwal & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
This is a very weak set of results — widening losses, shrinking top line, negative net worth, and negative operating cash flows raise serious going-concern concerns for shareholders. The stock is likely to face selling pressure; retail investors should treat this as a high-risk, micro-cap name with fundamental stress.
