Advanta Brazil, part of UPL Group, announced that its 33% associate company Serra Bonita Sementes S.A. has agreed to sell all its assets for a total consideration of USD 125 million, subject to closing adjustments. The sale proceeds will be distributed to Serra Bonita's shareholders over the coming months, and Serra Bonita will remain an associate company of Advanta until the legal winding-up is complete.
