Blue Star Limited submitted its Q4 and FY25 investors' presentation to the exchanges. For FY25, revenue grew 24% to ₹11,968 crore, with PBT up 32% at ₹876 crore and EBITDA up 39% at ₹772 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 7.3% from 6.9%, driven by margin improvement in both the Electro-Mechanical Projects (8.2% vs 7.2%) and Unitary Products (8.4% vs 7.8%) segments. Carry-forward order book stood at ₹6,053 crore as of March 31, 2025, an 11% YoY increase, supported by strong order finalisations from factories and data centres. The Professional Electronics & Industrial Systems segment, however, saw revenue decline 7.7% to ₹349 crore with margins contracting to 8.5% from 13.6%, due to delays in Med-Tech and Data Security order finalisations. The company also strengthened its balance sheet, with net cash rising to ₹640 crore from ₹456 crore.
Positive for shareholders — broad-based revenue and profit growth, margin expansion across two of three segments, and a healthier order book signal strong momentum going into FY26, though the softness in the Professional Electronics segment is a minor watchpoint.
