OTCO International's board approved Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone unaudited results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 5.70 thousand from Rs. 9.03 thousand in the year-ago quarter, while total expenses rose sharply to Rs. 9.69 thousand from Rs. 7.23 thousand. This pushed the company into a pre-tax loss of Rs. 0.41 thousand (versus a profit of Rs. 2.45 thousand earlier) and a net loss of Rs. 0.96 thousand (vs. profit of Rs. 2.95 thousand), with EPS at negative Rs. 0.01. Auditor B.N. Misra & Co issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report. Other board decisions included the 44th AGM on September 22, 2025, resignation of one independent director, appointment of a new independent director, and exploring a power arrangement to develop 4.26 acres of land at Velanur, Avadi.
The company swung from profit to loss on falling revenue and rising costs, which is a negative signal for shareholders. The land development plan in Avadi could be a long-term value driver, but near-term fundamentals look weak given the very small scale of operations.
