At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21st April 2025, shareholders of the company approved three key resolutions. First, the company will be renamed from Raymed Labs Limited to Cresanto Global Limited, with corresponding changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Second, the registered office will be shifted from Noida, Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
