The Board of Indiabulls Enterprises met on July 25, 2025 and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹13.16 crores vs ₹14.88 crores in Q1 FY25, while the company reported a net loss of ₹5.73 crores vs ₹3.39 crores in the year-ago quarter; loss per share widened to ₹(0.29) from ₹(0.17). Standalone results showed revenue of ₹10.68 crores and a net loss of ₹3.08 crores. The Board also accepted the resignation of Whole-time Director Mr. Vijay Kumar Agrawal (due to personal reasons) and recommended the appointment of Mr. Riyaz Javed Khan as Executive Director for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Sukesh & Co. was recommended as Secretarial Auditor for three years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2027-28). The pending composite Scheme of Arrangement with Dhani Services and Yaari Digital is awaiting the next NCLT hearing on August 7, 2025.
For shareholders: Q1 FY26 results show wider losses and declining revenue, with the consolidated business continuing to post negative other equity (₹(230.85) crores), signalling continued financial stress. The director change is a routine leadership transition, while the pending NCLT amalgamation remains a key event to watch for restructuring outcomes.
