Cresanto Global Limited held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on 29th September 2025 via video conferencing, and all six resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. The four ordinary resolutions covered adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended 31st March 2025, re-appointment of a director, appointment of the secretarial auditor, and approval of related party transactions. Two special resolutions were also passed: one for changing the company's name (already reflected as 'Cresanto Global Limited' from 'Raymed Labs Limited') with amendments to the MOA and AOA, and another for reduction in the share capital of the company. Voting was conducted through remote e-voting (25th–28th September) and e-voting during the AGM, with 14,08,848 shares voted in favour across resolutions and only 5,086 shares against. The scrutinizer's report was issued by M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary.
All resolutions received overwhelming shareholder approval, indicating no governance concerns. The special resolutions on name change and share capital reduction are the most material items and may affect shareholding structure and the company's identity going forward, but no immediate stock price impact is expected from this routine AGM filing.
