Piramal Pharma Limited has allotted 35,00,000 equity shares (face value Rs. 10 each) to the Piramal Pharma Limited Employees Welfare Trust under the ESOP Scheme 2022. These shares will be transferred to eligible employees upon exercise of their stock options. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 1,325,74,81,300 to Rs. 1,329,24,81,300, with the total number of equity shares rising from 132,57,48,130 to 132,92,48,130. The shares were issued at Rs. 10 per share (at par, no premium), carry no lock-in, and rank equally with existing shares.
