NLC India Limited has informed stock exchanges that the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has nominated Shri Sanjiv Kumar Kassi as a Part-time Official Director on the company's board, replacing Smt. Vismita Tej as the Government Nominee Director, effective April 3, 2025. Shri Sanjiv Kumar Kassi is a 1992-batch Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Allahabad and currently serves as Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Coal, with prior experience at Central Electricity Authority, NTPC, BHEL and Bharat Electronics. The company confirmed that Shri Kassi is not debarred from holding directorship by SEBI or any other authority, and Annexure I with the standard SEBI disclosure details has been furnished. NLC India is a 'Navratna' Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal.
